All About Leadville – Twin Lakes Terms & Conditions
- Participant Eligibility
Participation is open to any individual who makes qualifying purchases at one or more eligible Lake County businesses during the Event period, submits valid proof of purchase per the receipt requirements below, and complies with all submission deadlines. Receipts must total a minimum of $100.00 to earn one (1) Downtown Dollar raffle entry. Purchases may be aggregated across multiple eligible businesses and sales tax counts towards the receipt total.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- Eligible Businesses
Only retail or service-providing businesses subject to Lake County sales tax and physically located within Lake County, Colorado are eligible. The following are expressly excluded: nonprofit organizations (regardless of retail or service activity); any entity exempt from Lake County sales tax; and businesses located outside of Lake County. Leadville Main Street reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
- Event Period and Purchase Window
All qualifying purchases must be made between Friday, May 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time and Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time. The date and time stamp on the receipt must fall within this window; purchases transacted, paid for, or otherwise completed before or after this window do not qualify, regardless of when the receipt is submitted. Online purchases through the digital storefront of an eligible Lake County business may qualify if the transaction is fully completed (paid and confirmed by the business) within this window. Digital receipts for online purchases must be uploaded through the designated submission portal by Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time. No online receipt submissions will be accepted after this cutoff.
Physical receipts may be turned in at the Leadville Visitor’s Center during the following hours:
- Friday, May 1, 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday, May 2, 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, May 3, 2026: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Receipt and Proof of Purchase Requirements
All receipts must include: (a) name of the business, (b) date of the transaction, (c) time stamp, and (d) total amount spent. Paper, text message, and email receipts are accepted. All receipts must be legitimate and verifiable.
Gift certificates and store credit purchases do not qualify, regardless of denomination or whether subsequently redeemed during the Event period. Lodging qualifies only when the stay has been both paid in full and completed within the Event period; lodging receipts representing future reservations, deposits, or partially-completed stays do not qualify.
Submission of altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all entries and incentives.
- Submission Deadlines
Physical receipts must be submitted in person to the Leadville Visitor’s Center no later than Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time.
Digital receipts for online purchases must be uploaded through the designated submission portal by the same deadline. All deadlines are strictly enforced; Leadville Main Street is not responsible for technical difficulties or delays.
- Downtown Dollars and Raffle Entries
For every $100.00 in qualifying purchases at eligible Lake County businesses during the Event period, a participant earns one (1) Downtown Dollar raffle entry. Partial increments below $100.00 do not yield an entry. Each individual participant is limited to a maximum of fifteen (15) Downtown Dollar entries; qualifying purchases beyond $1,500.00 in the aggregate will not earn additional entries. Participants may direct their raffle(s) to the raffle bucket(s) of their choice.
- Bonus Incentive — Local Love Ticket
The first ten (10) participants to submit verified receipts totaling $1,000.00 or more will automatically receive one (1) Local Love Ticket, redeemable in person at Melanzana for one (1) free Micro Grid Hoodie. Local Love Tickets are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis by time of submission, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Redemption is subject to the prize-specific terms set forth in Schedule A.
- Raffle Prizes
Confirmed raffle prizes include:
- Leadville Race Series MTB 100 Comped Entry
- Tennessee Pass Cookhouse — Full buyout for up to 35 people, food included (1 winner);
- FREIGHT — One-night hotel stay at FREIGHT in Leadville (1 winner);
- The eBike Shop of Colorado — Guided Leadville Ghost Tour for 1 winner and up to fourteen (14) participants;
- TPC Barn and Farm — Private campfire cookout dinner for up to fifteen (15) people (1 winner);
- Melanzana — One Micro Grid Hoodies (Nine (9) winners redeemed via Local Love Ticket), separate from the bonus incentive in Section 7.
- Leadville Flying Club — Personalized one-hour scenic flight over Leadville for up to three (3) people, max 600 lbs. combined passenger weight (1 winner)
Prizes are subject to change; additional prizes may be added. All prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Leadville Main Street reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Each prize is governed by the prize-specific terms set forth in Schedule A, including age restrictions, redemption deadlines, blackout dates, and donor contact information.
Drawings will be held by the end of day of Monday and winners will be notified by email and phone. Winners must respond and claim within 48 hours of drawing or the prize will be forfeited and re-drawn.
- Disqualification
Leadville Main Street reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent, altered, or duplicate receipts; makes purchases at ineligible businesses; misses submission deadlines; or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions. Disqualified participants forfeit all entries and incentives.
- General Provisions
Leadville Main Street and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event or these Terms and Conditions at any time, and to accept or reject any entry or submission in their sole discretion. Leadville Main Street and its partners are not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation, including technical failures or prize availability issues. Prize-Specific Terms & Conditions
Schedule A
The following prize-specific terms supplement the Official Event Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between Schedule A and the main Terms & Conditions, the prize-specific terms in Schedule A control with respect to redemption of that prize. Each prize is donated by an independent third party; redemption is subject to availability and the donor’s reasonable scheduling requirements.
A.1 Leadville Race Series MTB100 Entry

A.2 Tennessee Pass Cookhouse

| Age Restriction | Winner must be 18 years or older. |
| Redemption Deadline | Must be redeemed by May 31, 2027. |

| Redemption Process | Simple planning phone calls with the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse event coordinator. |
| Other | Reservation accommodates a maximum of 35 people. |

A.6 Leadville Flying Club
| Prize | Personalized one-hour flight over Leadville for up to three (3) people, with a maximum combined passenger weight of 600 lbs. |

| Age Restriction | None; participants under eighteen (18) must have prior parental or legal-guardian permission. |
| Restrictions | Must be redeemed in person. Flight times are subject to weather conditions and pilot availability. |
| Redemption Deadline | Must be redeemed by September 30, 2026. |
| Blackout Dates | No fixed blackout dates; flight must be scheduled in advance, and pilot availability varies. |

Acknowledgement: By accepting any prize, the winner acknowledges receipt of and agreement to the Official Event Terms & Conditions and the applicable prize-specific terms set forth in this Schedule A.
